Dr. Islam Atef received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, in 2003, the M.Sc. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, in 2007, and the doctoral degree (PhD) from Alexandria University, Alexandria, Egypt, in 2015.
