My online availability is from 7AM CST to 9PM CST in general. So I can provide very fast turn around time. I have a lot of experience working with people below my technical level. I am respectful of them and do not try to talk above their head. I have worked with users remotely several times. As my work history can prove, I have quick turn around time and am easy to work with. I have a dedicated environment so I focus on my work. I have worked with other companies, ranging from insurance agents' software, to medical database logging support. This diversity has given me experience in multiple situations and stereotypes. I treat all customers respectfully and with dedicated focus. Unfortunately many support agents do not treat each customer uniquely and the support they give feels uncaring and robotic. I strive to prevent that in my support, and I want each customer to feel like I care about their situation and needs.
