Web based application with a single data entry form, views and reports. This is known as the “Complaints Log/Complaints Registration system”. Its purpose is for users enter complaint information. This information is stored for Views and Reporting. The application requirement overview The application functions primarily on Internet Explorer 7. The client had a standard configuration on their Windows Desktops of Internet Explorer 7 and the browser cannot be upgraded at this time. It should also run on Internet Explorer 8 and 10, but primary is IE 7. The app hosted on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server with Internet Information Services. The user is click a hyperlink to open the data entry form. They must be a member of the specified Active Directory Group(s) in order to have access to enter data. This is the first point of security for the application.
