How do we work?
Once we are selected for designing a complete project, First we will provide you with a 2d design proposal in PDF ( we don't provide source file of our Projects) with furniture layout. If no further revision is required then in the next 5-7 Days we will provide you with complete set of drawings which are required to complete the Building, such as-
- Centre line Dwgs.
- Floor Plan Detail Dwgs with complete dimensions.
- 4 side elevation with details.
- Colour scheme/ material selection for Elevation.
- Section Details.
Additional Costs-
- Electrical Layout.
- Door and Window details.
- Structural details.
- Plumbing details.
- 5 images of 3D
- 2nd time revision of the initial floor plan.
- 2nd alternative design.
- Flooring Details.
Q- What do we require to start designing your project?
A- Site layout with dimensions and North Indication.
Q- Why Don't we provide original source file of our project?
A- Due to copyright policy and to keep client's privacy.
Q- What happens if the client is facing some detail related problems on site? Does it cost extra to clear that problem?
A- NO! It doesn't cost extra.Our Commitment doesn't end just by providing the Drawings we will be there with you till the completion of our project.
Q- Can a buyer only purchase the initial presentation Drawings?
A - Yes, but in that case we won't be able to guide you further.
Q- Do we work Hourly or project based?
A - Both.
Q - How would we prefer to work,Hourly or project based and why ?
A - We prefer project based work as that keeps clarity and creates less ambiguity in maintaining healthy relationship with clients.
Q- What if the client doesn't approve the first proposal?
A- If our first proposal is not approved then we provide the client revised version as per discussion and requirements of the client.
Q- What if the client doesn't even approve the 2nd revised proposal ?
A- In that case we do provide another alternative of that design but that comes with an extra cost.
Q- What if the client changes it mind and decides to work with somebody else after the proposal has been sent?
A- In that case we don't charge the entire amount but only charge the signing amount fees that is 10% of the overall decided fees it because we have put in efforts and time in designing.
Q- How would we like to take our fees for a complete project?
A- It could be discussed and varies, But generally we take fees in three modules-
- 10% signing amount of the overall decided fees.
- 40% of the overall decided fees after we deliver the client 4 sided elevation 2d dwgs and colour schemes/material selection mood board.
- Remaining 50% of the fees after we deliver Centre line dwgs,floor plan detail dwgs,Sectional detail dwgs.
