- Conduct audit / periodic internal reviews of records, practices and audit process to ensure that compliance procedures are followed. - Performs document review and analysis. - Analyze root cause and developed effective and attainable corrective action plan as per audit findings. - Developing training and its related materials as needed for compliance using Power point presentation. - Developing / creating policies and procedure as company rules and regulations as per specific department as needed. - Educate and train employees (class room training) on regulations and industry practices. - Collaborate with external auditors and buyers when needed. - Making recommendations for improvement of company policies. - Answers emails as needed. - Over 10 years of experience in Management, Compliance (Social Compliance, Security Audit, Technical Audit and Quality Auditor (product inspection).
