I am a kind of person who is always after to work and always get busy. I had 6 years of work experience in a data entry, web research and other clerical activities that needs Microsoft office creation. I spend lots of my time in improving my communication skills same to offer a very effective and confident connection with my clients. Working at home could be a different environment to which I used before but the good thing about it is I able to do adapt to new situations and can expand my knowledge about another type of job which still in connection and relation with my skills. Throughout my entire work experience in the BPO industry , it made me more confident and comfortable of using English language and it improves my call handling , and my emotional intelligence that something to do with my calmness , attentiveness, positive attitude , time management empathy and persuasive.
