I am a former Help Desk Analyst of 14 years. I know my way around many software programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Outlook. I’m a quick learner and willing to try and learn anything new. My help desk experience could help me with any customer service position as I am very good assisting people over the phone. In addition to help desk I was also an Admin Assistant for an IT department. I have many office skills such as answering phones, filing, copying, scanning and scheduling.
