I have experience with working in and managing IT help desks. During those times I had experience with setting up and troubleshooting user account and system hardware and software. I helped create plans to implement new and update network systems. I have my CompTIA Security + certificate as well as other certifications. My current job is conducting risk and due diligence assessment for cyber mission teams.
