While studying for my PhD, I have reviewed a large number of papers for various workshops and conferences. I would like to share my expertise with you. To this end, I propose to review any Computer Science Publication for as little as $10 per paper. There is three levels to this service: Summary and review are billed based on page count: For analysis, I start by the review. I add an extra $5/paper for review to be followed by analysis. If the review meet your standard I proceed with the analysis. I bill analysis by the hour. You can specify focus and hour cap. My hourly rate is $30/hours. I stop the clock when doing literature review so if I spend ten hours reading your references I won't bill you for the it (literature review are useful for me). Concerning the volume, I require a minimum volume for each job to take more than two hour. I find it counter productive to work on shorter task. It means: In some case, I might refuse to go further than summary or review for a given paper. This mean that I am not confident with my level of expertise for the topic of this paper. For these papers, I can provide a reduced analysis: summary + storyline + figures.
