I am a multiheritage Ethiopian with North African and European ancestry who has also lived in these areas. I therefore wish to work for such ethnic groups as a concierge. The service includes event organising, gift buying, signposting cosy, classy and fairly priced cafes,restaurants, sites and transportation. I have worked as an academic for several years in the UK and one area was, amongst others, insuring the hospitality in hospitals. I have been in customer service sector since teenagehood and prior to my academic career in the UK, I have worked in the service delivery sector in that country. I was also a diplomat in Ethiopia. No complaint had I experienced during my work.
