Concept Artist and Experiential Designer Hi for the past 18 years I have worked as a designer for feature films, museum exhibitions, retail environments and exhibitions, I have been fortunate to have worked on diverse and exciting projects; From spaceships for George Lucas to motor show stands to Palladian bridges for RHS flower shows. My key skills are concept generation and development, Illustration, Digital painting and 3d visualisation and documentation for construction. To implement these skills I utilise a range of techniques and software: Manual and digital sketching, 3d CAD modelling, Rendering and visualisation in Vectorworks 2017 and Cinema 4D, Digital painting and image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop and presentation and layouts in Adobe Indesign and Microsoft Powerpoint. During my career I have worked both as a freelance designer and in large agency environments, equally comfortable with the fast turnaround of a freelance commission or the scale and intensity of a large agency project and am happy to provide anything from an initial thumbnail sketch, all the way through to finished plans and elevations. Concept Artist: As a concept artist and set designer, I have worked on The Matrix Trilogies, Star Wars prequels, The Fountain, Scooby Doo and Stealth. For these films I produced production art to illustrate the mood and feel of particular sets and shots, concept illustrations of props, vehicles and sets and build drawings for sets and props. Experiential Design: In this area I have worked for clients such as Chrysler Group producing designs for the Australian, Canadian and US motorshow circuits. Sony Australia responsible for the design and implementation of the complete redesign and fitout of all Sony Centres, Store in Store environments and Bravia Launches. I have also produced designs for L'Oreal, Panasonic, Mazda, Bianco, Smeg, Fujifilm, Aardman Animation, The Royal Horticultural Society, Motorola and others.
