Deep Dive Session & Simple Project System
- Perform One (1) Deep Dive Discovery Session (one day, 4-5 hours, via Zoom) of existing company level and project level management systems, structures, and processes.
- Provide Company Management System.
Stage 1: Deep Dive Discovery:
We will perform One (1) Deep Dive Discovery Session (one day, 4-5 hours, via Zoom). During this session we will:
- Explore current workload, goals, and project leads.
- Review interaction between Operations and Accounting,
- Explore your current systems and software in place, employee structure, business operations process, pain points, and goals, all with the intention of creating/improving systems that serve you and your company.
Stage 2: Company Management System
Following our deep dive session, we will provide you with a comprehensive estimating and management system comprised of company and project level folder structures, templates, forms, and instructions. This “Simple Project System” will be prepared leading up to and during our Deep Dive Session, and will be provided to you in digital format via downloadable link after our Deep Dive Session.

- Master template adaptable for new projects
- Phone support post-Deep Dive for system usage understanding
End Product:
Your end-product will be an Estimating and Project Management system that your company can use for current and future bids and active projects. This system can be filed as a master template, which you can adapt as need arises, and create copies for each new project within your company. Our goal is that you can confidently use this system, save costs, and increase productivity within your team. To that end, we include phone support following our Deep Dive, to ensure you and your team understand how to use the Simple Project System.
As a follow-up to our Deep Dive Session, we will discuss the next steps for support and training that would be most beneficial for your company.
