I have been an estimator for over4 years and Bidding (Pricing Project) for over 3 Years. Been using Planswift, MS Excel and Bluebeam for the last 2 years and have 4 years of estimating from hard copy blueprints. Experience Estimating and Bidding on Commercial projects, such as; Educational, Big Box, Government, Office Retail, & Multi-Family Apartments and Residential. Most Experienced in Commercial Construction, areas such as Drywall, Metal Framing, Insulation, ACT, and Painting.
