I can provide full plans from development through to full construction documents and redlines post construction. I use the amazingly advanced Chief Architect software which allows for full 2-D and 3-D renderings and views. Although we are a full services firm my passion and my specialty is in kitchen and bathroom design and remodel projects with cabinet & finishes detailing. I offer full commercial division 9 construction takeoffs and estimates as well as residential Flooring, Drywall, Paint and Millwork takeoffs. I also offer permit consulting for residential permits with site and prescription drainage plans. Available for single jobs or ongoing collaboration.
