I am a construction/project engineer with years of experience in the building and construction industry. I am currently involved in three separate development projects involving 96 apartment units, 74 single-story houses and 112 units of shop lots respectively. I am also doing my Masters in construction management and Advanced Diploma in civil and structural engineering. My skills include: Feasibility Studies, Cost Management, Design Management, Cost Engineering, Value Engineering, Risk Management, Full Construction/Project Management, Procurement, Optimization and Mathematics. I have been working with a couple of project management and engineering software, such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Ftool and CostX. Throughout my career, I have been praised for my ability to learn and pay attention to small details. I am also known as a quick learner and dedicated employee.
