Set up administrative and operational system . Form departments and organizational structure of all three companies Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan. Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision. Direct the Company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors. Partner with Directors and high level officer to grow the Company, strengthen it and ensure it sustainability. Represent the Company as required, including attendance of important functions, Industry events and public meetings. Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices payroll and benefit disbursement. Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary. Oversee quality Control throughout the Company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers. Provide inspired leadership company wide. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy. Report to the board Provide inspired leadership company wide. Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
