The funeral industry has changed, it has gone from the Mom and Pop funeral parlors to the corporate conglomerates. This has resulted in many people entering this industry at entry level jobs without any background on the products and services they are selling to customers. This proves most challenging to the salespeople trying to sell a pre-arranged funeral service, and today's customer is bound to ask more questions. In this scenario, it would help to know what you are selling. I am an experienced embalmer, funeral director and cremationist. I am not currently selling prearrangements, so I won't compete with you, like your co-workers, for the commission. I am fully bilingual (English/Spanish) if you are trying to sell to a Spanish Speaker.
