I am a post graduate in Economics and an experienced development expert. Working with national as well as international companies/organizations in senior positions for over 3 decades, I have planned and implemented various social development and environment projects in India. I am skilled in human resource/project management, communication/social marketing, capacity building, research, advocacy, writing and other related areas. As Team Leader/Director, I have planned and implemented need based livelihood programs focusing marginalized women and their families. Health, education, skill training, housing, agriculture, animal husbandry and water supply & sanitation projects are some of the key projects I implemented. I am well versed in capacity building programs. I have facilitated government ministries and development organizations in preparation of training curriculum, and planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of different need based training programs. I am skilled in preparation of concept papers, projects, articles, reports and other relevant documents. I am at home in translation of documents from English to Kannada and vice versa as I have been doing it through out my long career. I am well experienced in utilization of media service in favour of the projects. In fine, I am a multi-skilled and experienced development expert.
