Focus on helping organizations manage, expand, and optimize their Microsoft infrastructure. Primarily assist organizations in upgrading to the current Active Directory and Exchange versions; allowing them to reduce cost and complexity in their environment while providing improved authentication and messaging services to their user and applications. Manage all aspects of projects, including project plans, scheduling, and task management from the planning and design stages to the documentation, training, and transition stages. Key Accomplishments • Migrated and thoroughly documented the procedures to migrate from various environments to the latest version of Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows. • Worked with all versions of Exchange and NetApp, EMC, EqualLogic, Data Domain, VMWare, Hyper-V, BlackBerry, iPhone, ActiveSync, Riverbed, F5, Kemp, SCOM and other enterprise technologies • Created scripts to automate the process of executing inter-org migrations to Exchange 2003, 2007, and 2010 • Designed and wrote a SPAM filtering product for Exchange 2000/2003 • Beta testing every version of Exchange since 4.0 at Digital Equipment Corporation
