Overseeing all Salesforce activities and metrics. Ensuring 100% adoption. Reviewing Monthly Market and SE Packs ensuring compliance of identified KPIs. Spend approx. 70% of the time in the field with clients and the sales team. Maintain a deep knowledge of and monitoring the competition, occupancy, new construction, and any other factors/conditions that potentially impact the region’s sales results. Work closely with Sales Ops to ensure prospect lists are updated accurately in Salesforce.
