Our Principal Consultant, James Bryan, has had over twenty years of experience managing projects with budgets ranging from tens of thousands to over one hundred million dollars. He has managed globally dispersed project members using various telecommunications methods to keep everyone on task. For the overall management, James is accustom to traditional and agile methodologies. He aims to adapt to the best method of success for each client. Additionally, James has over ten years of experience presenting to Executive Governance Boards, key stakeholders as well as managing external vendors. He has prepared for these meetings by using MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
