I have been in the telecommunication business for 15 years.I have provided my services for top company names such as Sirius/XM, Hot Topic, Opinion Access,Verizon Wireless,Boost Mobile, Your Mechanic, among others.I have a high Even Though I'm more Customer Service oriented , Within my 15 years telecommunications Experience , I've worked for numerous outbound sales companies . As a matter of fact my first gig was outbound sales . It was an online pharmaceutical company called Hope Mills Universal which focused on the distribution of prescription medication after the approval of a licensed physician . My task was to contact these patients and offer them the most suitable medication at an accessible price and keep them updated with our latest promotions and current discount offers . During the 2+ yrs I acquired a great deal of experience in this job as I learned the ins and outs of the telesales business . In my second job I was introduced to the world of upselling . I worked in for an ILEC telephone company called Supra Telecom providing residential/business telephone phone service to New York and Florida . My task was to assist my customers with Payments , billing issues , general questions , & basic troubleshooting . Of course during every call , I was required to make an upsale attempt of our latest products & services . Most companies I've worked for all have had some form of sales requirement . From Selling Timeshares to Debt settlement to lead generation to even basic tasks such as calling a new customer and educating him on our company structure .I have also worked in collections projects which required me to have a firm delivery to those customers with unpaid accounts.I have worked conducting surveys where high reading skills was required..I have had light experience in translating(Language Line) for about 2 years.I have also worked in numerous chat projects.These are all part of my customer contact experience. *P.S When I'm well focused and motivated..'I can sell water to a whale and Jesus a Cross.LoL!! I am currently working at a call center called Talk 2 rep as a customer/mechanic support agent(I am not in charge of any call center) for a project called Your Mechanic in which I've been employed for a little over a year . My dream is to work from home . So I can always be close to my family while earning a better living .
