As a content development editor I work with a large number of authors, reviewers and other contacts across the world and from a variety of backgrounds.It requires working with many technologies and recruiting technical reviewers to review the content of the book.The focus is to ensure that the books are written according to their specification and that the content meets the required standards.The other responsibilities include -Work with authors to ensure that they write the good quality (technical) content that meets the requirements of the book specification. -Develop a good understanding of technologies and their book markets -Keep an update on the latest software in the market -Manage book timeline with authors, technical reviewers, and other contacts
