I have spent the last 5 years in a position as Content Manager for a US based Tour Operator. My responsibilities included sourcing information and images for our database, to be used when creating itineraries. The information sourced had to be rewritten to fit our brand. Other duties included pre-travel documentation, travel / hotel / restaurant reservations, reconfirmation of all services relating to traveling clients, operations on the ground relating to traveling clients.
