My marketing story begins with me as an intern at a music studio in Syracuse, New York. I started in a sales role, bringing in new business from cold leads. Soon I doubled-down on my role, becoming an admin of the studio’s social media— which led to a blog, street team program and eventually the blueprints for a full marketing department. During my time at the studio I increased Facebook and Twitter impressions by 80% and 300%, respectively. My next venture in marketing was for a marketing studio. I worked with small and mid-sized businesses drafting website content, managing social media accounts, writing blog posts and running email marketing campaigns. I also delved into SEO best practices and analyzed reports to track progress.
