File Management: • Personal File Maintenance & Update • Filing of Documents in under Supervision of Ms Huma and Ms Mahnoor. • Maintain an Excel Sheet of All File in HR Department Cvs Log: • Entry of Cvs in CV Log and File in Specific File (Admin, Faculty, Junior Staff) Termination Order: • Dispatch to Addressed Person • Received to All Concern Department (Payroll Security etc.) And File in Personal File of Concern. Inventory: • Prepared Inventory Sheet Before Requisition Submission. Payroll Deduction: • Entry of Payroll Deduction in Excel Sheet by month to month. Other Responsibilities: • Maintain file of Manuel Sets of Admin Faculty and Junior Staff. • Maintain All Forms Like Leave Application Forms, Relaxation Forms ODs Forms and Other Forms Related to HR Functions.
