I am a very dedicated and hard worker. I have had experience in an IT company for  2 years mainly in the Software field where I have managed and maintained product specifics in the HR domain and Smart Office ERP. I have worked in the Zoho tool where I used to write test cases and did manual testing explain the overall product to the client and handle all activity related to the client. Apart from that, I have experience in the recruitment field where I used to recruit candidates according to need and shortlist the candidates via interviews and knowledge about different job searching platforms like LinkedIn, Noukari, and Indeed different job portals. I have experience in Teleperformance as a CCE for 6 months. I have been selected as a customer support associate in Email and Chat Process (international domain with Transamerica project in insurance sector) for CSC pvt ltd.(computer science corporation).
