Content drives everything they say. Indeed! It drove me to learn about different fields, industries, products, and eventually, drew me into the writing field. I have been writing content professionally for more than three years, and it has been an incredible journey and adventurous in its ways.
Professional Background:
Having worked with different organizations such as Times Group, Utopian media, Perfect Relations and JSB Market Research, I have always widened my horizons to learn and work in various niches. I joined Looqus Media as a content writer and explored business and technology domain in content & copywriting.
Present Education:
In 2019, I planned to pursue a Masters in Economics after finding my feet in business writing. I'll be completing my masters in 2021. Though I am a firm believer that research and self-learning helps a person to excel in a field, conventional education helps you to know how you should self learn and grow. My degree is helping me with comprehension of economics.
Work:
1) Copywriting:
The average attention span of humans has been dropping, and now it's 8 seconds. With my creative, quirky and engaging copywriting skills, I ensure that the message businesses want to send strikes the chord with their user. I happen to write copies for social media, product ads, sales funnel and at every spot where a business can engage with its consumer.
2) Web Writing:
Most of my freelance projects involved website writing. The 3+ years of freelance experience has taught me how to dress up a website with suitable, relevant and engaging content from its head to toe, including policy pages, page 404 copies and so on.
3) Blogs and Articles:
When it comes to blog and article writing, I sell my work based on comprehensive research that it holds. Since I have worked with a market research firm for more than two years, it has taught me the value of comprehensive research and a strong blog structure. For a niche like business or technology, I can write a blog of around 1000 or more words in a day.
For other fields where thorough research is not required (food, lifestyle, travel, etc.) I can write more than 1000 words in a day.
4) UX/UI Writing
I have experience in UX writing as I have written content for a tech recruitment software solution on the Quicksort.io platform. I make sure that every content that I put on the user interface is crisp and straightforward to help the user understand pathways and solutions easily.
5) Press Releases:
Well structured and unbiased press releases manifest journalistic values and integrity of the writer. I was fortunate enough to learn how to formulate press releases through my seniors from Perfect Relations.
