In my experience in copy development and content marketing, I have learnt how to decipher audience trends and sentiments through various social media channels in order to effectively resonate with them. In this journey, I have had to create various strategies unique to each channel that has driven consumer acquisition, leads nurturing and customer retention.
I have worked on email marketing and automation, social media content creation and marketing, press releases and partnership correspondence. I’m also skilled in tracking analytics for content optimization and site audits.
For Search Engine Optimization, I have had to undergo thorough keyword research through tools like SemRush, audience engagements and trends. I am well versed in site monitoring and audit using tools like Google Search Console and Screaming Frog.
Asides from my creation skills, I have collaborated with product teams in identifying product gaps for satisfying consumer needs. I have also worked with the marketing teams in creating and implementing campaigns along with the engineering team for advanced level workflow automation.
I am versed in using tools to drive these conversions and reach KPI’s. They include content management systems like WordPress and Ghost, social media management tools like Hootsuite and buffer, analytics tools like Google analytics and email service providers like Mailchimp and Drip.
My experiences span across the financial services, e-commerce and digital marketing industries all B2C and SaaS companies where I have worked both full-time and as a freelancer. I am an avid researcher who loves digging as many holes as possible to get the full details of whatever content form I am responsible for.
