- Proofreading and editing content for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors
- Optimizing content for SEO, using keywords and meta tags
- Collaborating with the marketing, design, and development teams to create content that aligns with the company's brand and goals
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes in search algorithms to ensure content is current and relevant
- Measuring and analyzing the performance of content to identify areas for improvement
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong writing portfolio that demonstrates the ability to write for various platforms and audiences
- Experience in SEO and content marketing
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with analytics and data analysis
- A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing or a related field
