Having worked with some of the biggest Technology companies in the world, I have coached Leaders, Teams and Individuals on continuous improvement models and frameworks. 

Helping those move from adoption, to growth, to high performance is the aim of my game. I take full pride in seeing others succeed and overcome challenges they face in day to day or work based goals.

My passion lies with working for people who are ready for change and are willing to adopt new practices with an experimental mindset to maximise opportunity for effective growth.

In the early part of my career (over 10 years ago), I worked in technical roles .Which has also allowed me to bring a good balance of metric based adoption (if desired) to help try and understand your personal growth and progression. Enabling you to reflect on far you have come since working with me!
