A Controller needs to focus on the whole picture while still staying in the details that are paramount to the organization. In a Controller role I focus on the team, whomever that is made up of, the complete tasks related to defined goals that are specific and manageable but relate to all facets of the business. Most importantly making sure the goals of the governing body are achieved. With this communication is paramount and required to accomplish all goals across the organization.
