I have a very strong background in Governmental Financial Management, including, but not limited to, bid and proposal; program start-up, earned value management, analysis, and contract close out. I have managed a selection process for several contracts which involve reading proposals from different vendors and selecting which contractor has the best bid from a management and cost prospective while maintaining the techical base needed to accomplish the task. My current effort is over a billon dollar task.
