I have been working in marketing for over 20 years, in roles ranging from direct marketing to market research to marketing consultancy. I’ve worked with clients across many different sectors including financial services, healthcare, retail, transport, technology, charity and the public sector. I specialise in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), the process of increasing the percentage of website visitors who take a desired action, such as making a purchase or requesting a proposal. I blend analytics, psychology and creativity to understand and change audience behaviour, significantly increasing the effectiveness of my clients’ digital marketing. For more than 10 years I’ve been working directly with clients, building close working relationships with organisations from major blue-chip multinationals to small local charities. I recently set up my own CRO agency, Mind Leading The Mind. I pride myself on listening to and understanding the individual needs of every client, keeping them informed every step of the way, and delivering clear and actionable insights to achieve and exceed their marketing goals.
