Conversion rate optimization has been my specialty for almost a decade. I like to develop a deep understanding of each offering to fully analyze the landscape, and create a strategy that will provide a blueprint for success upon execution. Optimizing signups/registrations is one of my favorite things to do - I've optimized two of the most complicated user funnels: one that asked for over 7 points of information from largely private individuals (military) and funnels that have included the collection of sensitive information (SSN, birthdate, etc.).
