I will test every recipe and make sure that they each work. I have experience with writing recipes, and I will be able to tell what ingredients would taste best and whether an ingredient would be unable to work or not. I am a self-taught cook, and my aunt (who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and won teacher of the year award two years at a row at the Cornell Hotel School for cooking) has filled in the gaps for me. That being said, I will test every recipe and make sure that they come out perfectly for you, and I may be able to offer notes that you can put in the book to help home cooks. The minimum budget is for ingredients that I will have to buy at the store.
