I began my tryst as a copywriter in 2007. Initially I found that the going was tough as Goa was still in its nascent stages of establishing itself in the advertising arena ( it still is.). That's when I packed my bags and headed to the mecca of advertising hierarchy: Mumbai. After completing a refresher course, I found myself a job as a 'cub'. Soon oodles of opportunities came my way. Today, I can certainly say it was a memorable experience specially because of the many zealous professionals I came across, and who nurtured me as a copywriter. I've worked on plenty of assignments: Copywriting, storyboards to working in tandem with illustrators, besides, covering write-ups on various magazines for the clientele my agency represented.
