I studied Marketing Communications at a technical Institute in British Columbia, Canada, after studying psychology, sociology, and critical thinking in university. The combination has made me a well-rounded marketer, specialized in writing and the thinking behind it. Clear business writing has a certain style which I have mastered through project management and account management positions in marketing agencies. I've written briefs, proposals, agendas, contact reports, marketing plans and strategies, but I am much more excited by the creative side of things. In the words of Seth Godin, "Content marketing is the only marketing left." I can write keyword-rich blog posts and biographies, newsletters, social media strategies and content calendars. I have also written brochure and ad copy. Bonus: I can analyze and summarize data into readable reports, as long as it is gathered for me.
