I promise you this... I am not an evil "villain." Some people like to call me that. But like... I mean is it really my fault that humans are wired a certain way? You see... And if you REALLY want to sell them you have to know them better than they know themselves. 77% of copywriters completely ignore this step, and most of the others do a poor job at it. And honestly.
