I
had my own law practice in Seattle, WA and Grapevine, TX from 1993 to
2010. My area of practice was plaintiff's labor and employment law. I have extensive experience writing trial and appellate briefs,
including to the U.S, Supreme Court, touching on a wide variety of
topics: e.g., medical issues, psychology, statistics, mechanics,
contracts, and the social sciences. As a law student, I was Note and
Comment Editor for the University of Wisconsin Law Review. Also, early
in my career I edited and substantially rewrote "Planting Your Money
Tree," by Richard H. Goldberg (1977). I also have a Master's Degree in History of Science and have published a
couple of articles and a book review on topics related to the history
of medicine and medical law. I have excellent research and writing skills, a broad knowledge base,
and an eye for detail. My hours are flexible.
