I started my career 23 years ago and have worked in all aspects of non-profits. Beginning as a service delivery person, I worked my way up and have been a Program Director, Development Director, and was Executive Director of Our House, Inc. in Decatur, GA when I left to start my consulting business. In the last 10 years, I have worked with more than 300 agencies as a consultant to provide grant writing, strategic planning, board development, 501(c)(3) establishment and start up, and other fund development programs. I specialize in working with small non-profits and start-up agencies and I spent most of my career before consulting working in the areas of homelessness, poverty, and issues surrounding women and children but work with all types of non-profits.
