Clear, concise communication is my goal in editing, writing and public speaking. My background includes rigorous English instruction and standards in high school, speech courses in college, two Master's degrees and thirty years of professional experience. I have edited books, college catalogs and scientific manuscripts before they are submitted to professional peer-reviewed journals. As a social worker and nutritionist I have written general interest articles, press releases, letters to the editor, speeches and a newspaper nutrition column. My book Singing Your Own Song: Using the Mind-Body Connection to Enhance Your Health was published in 1995. My strength is clear, concise communication in speaking, writing and editing. I also complete tasks quickly.
