o Maintain updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress. o Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Account Management, Back Office, Corporate Collection...Etc.) to secure planned work progress. o Increase customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department’s sales objectives. o Support related Sales agents through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets. o Conduct daily visits with Sales agents’ sales teams to highlight progress o Resolve and minimize Customers problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives. o Make a refreshment sessions to new or exist agents to provide them with new information and refresh their mind with the old ones.
