I created several templates for documents commonly used for large law firm. Securities law experience includes legal research (including blue sky laws), drafting of private placement memoranda, operating agreements and subscription agreements, and preparing final offering documents for client - mostly for Reg D offerings. I have also formed entities and registered foreign entities. I have experience in training paralegals and sometimes new attorneys. I have strong writing skills and have recently edited two books. I have good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
