During my professional years, I have been primarily responsible for undertaking technical, legal and commercial due-diligence, performing detailed financial analyses including constructing detailed Excel based financial models, providing structuring recommendations, drafting of concession contracts, term sheets, IMs, negotiations with bidders, and ensuring successful and transparent tender process of various corporate and large scale deals.
