Maintain secretaries of State’s files with respect to changes in corporate information and officers, while preparing annual reports, statements of information, and required filings in jurisdictions. Provide hands-on support in assisting clients with business licenses/ local permits and regulatory compliance with state/federal filings and analyzing information and documents.
