Participated in the workshops hosted by ONGC& IFFCO trained and facilitated the sessions for Management Trainees,Middle level and Senior Managers ,by employing kinesthetic, visual and auditory approach to make them interesting and interactive by which the participants could capture the subject interestingly and with ease. Fostered a sense of curiosity and a deeper understanding on varied subjects in conducting behavioral/developmental sessions such as: Stress Management, Time Management, Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Attitude, Manners and Etiquette, Team Building skills.
