My goal is to provide legal advice that focuses on the business, not just the law.In addition to my law degree from Rutgers University, I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from Baruch College in New York City. I know how small businesses work and what their owners need. I do not simply tell you what the law says, I explain how the law will affect your business, in an easy to understand, non legalese way.
