Hi, I am Gerardo from Bacolod, Philippines. I finished my Bachelor's Degree in Education with concentration of Special Education from state college. I also studied Information Technology for 2 years from state college. I would be a fit for the position since I worked in a call center company before. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to learn fast on the job and teach myself different skillsets. And while I don’t have much experience in customer service,2years experience as a costumer service agent is not enough, I think my ability to learn will help me overcome that obstacle quickly. I have my Dean's lister certifications and best demonstrator awards when I was in college. I have my skills in Data entry, Online proctoring, costumer service, time management, Computer literate in MS word, MS power point and MS excel, Basic photoshop, Basic English Sign Language, Research, call, chat and email support.
