Based on my study background as a skilled technician in commerce and my professional expreince as an E-Commerce agent, i posses all skills needed to provide costumer care, Online sales, VA, Emails handling, Typing, and Data Entery services. Here's a highlight of the missions i was entrusted with in my former job as an E-Commerce agent for a business 4 stars hotel: - Managing the online inventory system (Loading the hotel's availability, rates, images, content, offers...etc) through the extranets provided by BtoB and BtoC partners - control rates parity on BtoB and BtoC portals, in order to convey a consistent and competitive image of the hotel - reply to clients reclamations and any other kind of comments or requests online - respond to all emails, phone calls in concerne of online costumers - Provide a daily benchmark and monthly online sales reporting.
